City’s ruleCollection runs on all holidays except Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. When one of these falls on a scheduled collection day, all collections are delayed one day for the rest of that week, including a Saturday collection; normal schedule resumes the following week.1
