Write to [email protected]. If your message is about a city, include the city and, if you have it, the link to the city’s notice.
Report a schedule change
The quickest way is the report a change form, which fills in the city and section for you. Reports go into the same review queue as our own weekly source checks; two reports about the same city move it to the top.
What we cannot do
We are not a city service or a hauler. We cannot schedule a bulk pickup, replace a cart or send a truck for a missed pickup. Each city page lists the official phone number, 311 line and online form for those requests.
